The Penny Quilt
The Penny Quilt Pattern packs a lot of punch! It is a fun way to show off your fabrics and comes together much more quickly than you might think. It is very versatile and lends itself to working with a collection or pulling a bundle from your stash.
Join us as we learn the ins and outs of this fun pattern - We will be making the Lap size (55" x 74") in class.
Fabric requirements:
Fabric A: (7) Fat quarters
Fabric B: (7) Fat Quarters
Fabric C: (7) 1/3 Yard cuts
Fabric D (Sashing): 1 3/4 Yards
Neutral Sewing Thread
1/4" foot or a way to set your machine for a quarter inch stitch.
Quilting Ruler
Rotary Cutter
Mat
** additional items that are helpful:
Magic Pins or straight pins
Marking tool (Frixion Pen) or Water Soluble pen
Best Press or Flatter Starch spray
