1 jelly roll or 42 2 1/2" strips
1 1/4 yds of cotton batting
or 2 pkg of katahdin on a roll
batting seam tape
size 16 sewing machine needle
best press
large spool of thread to match or contrast with the colors in your jelly roll.
Before class, you will need to sew your 42 strips together end to end (making one really long single strip piece)
