This project is perfect for novice sewers/quilters and those with more experience who are ready to a fun and easy project.  Each block of this cool project is layered and quilted before you sew the squares together.  When your blocks are sewn together and you’ve snipped the exposed seams allowance, your quilt is finished.  The finished quilt has lush fuzzy seam allowances exposed on one side and finished, traditional seams on the other side.  The ragging on the quilt gives it a fun ruffle look and makes your quilt super snuggly. 

A walking foot is recommended because it is a wiz at working with multiple layers of fabrics.  We’ll work on a lap size quilt in class but this quilt style can be made in any size and for any gender, adult or child.  Everyone loves the texture and beauty of a rag quilt.  Be ready to take requests when family and friends see yours!
